Is DESEO VPN available yet?
Not yet. The iPhone and iPad app is in build and heading to App Store review. Every other platform is in development. Join the waitlist and you will hear the day it goes live — no launch date is promised until we have one from Apple.
What does a VPN actually do?
It builds an encrypted tunnel between your device and one of our servers. Your internet provider, the coffee-shop Wi-Fi and anyone watching that network see an encrypted connection instead of the sites you visit, and those sites see the server's IP address instead of yours.
Do you keep logs of what I do?
We operate a no-logs policy: we do not record your browsing, the addresses you connect to, or your traffic contents. Self-declared. We will publish an independent audit when one is completed.
How many devices can I use?
5 devices at the same time on one subscription.
Which protocols do you support?
The service supports WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2. On iOS at launch the app uses IKEv2/IPsec; WireGuard on iOS is coming once Apple grants our Network Extension entitlement.
